Northern Virginia is the busiest data center market in the country, and we're an electrical contractor right in the middle of it. We're hiring a project scheduler to own the schedules that keep our electrical work moving, from the first procurement push all the way through closeout.

This is a Primavera P6 role at its core. You'd build and maintain the CPM schedules, sequence the electrical installation (switchgear, busduct, gensets, UPS, feeders and terminations), run weekly look aheads, track long lead procurement and prefab, and put together recovery schedules and time impact analysis when the field needs them. You'll have real ownership of the schedule and work shoulder to shoulder with the PMs, superintendents and subs.

What we're after:

• 3+ years of construction scheduling, electrical or MEP preferred
• Strong hands on Primavera P6 (CPM, look aheads, variance, time impact)
• Able to read electrical drawings and picture how the install comes together
• Experience with prefab and long lead procurement scheduling
• Sharp coordination instincts and an eye for what is about to slip

Strong project coordinators ready to specialize in scheduling are welcome too, but if you live in P6, this one is built for you.

$100,000 to $130,000 plus full benefits. Direct hire, on site.
