About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Associate Relations Consulting. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in associate relations, including the ability to lead and investigate highly sensitive case matters. Key responsibilities for this role include driving the direction and execution of the associate relations consulting workstream, serving as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk matters, and providing enterprise-level consulting support on a range of people issues and strategic initiatives. The role also involves close partnership with the Office of Ethics, the Office of the Chief Legal Officer, and senior HR and business leaders to lead all aspects of investigations and provide consultation on a variety of HR and operations issues. Applicants for this position at the company should have a passion for leadership, associate relations, and advising on complex people issues. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in associate relations, operations and process management, and a proven track record of interacting effectively with executive-level leaders. The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration or a related field, with an MBA or JD preferred, and at least ten years of experience in HR, associate relations, or related leadership roles. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement, and be adept at driving delivery and execution. Strong relationship management skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to the values of the organization are essential.
