Job Description:

PLEASE PROVIDE 2-3 DAYS OF INTERVIEW AVAILABILITY WHEN SUBMITTING CANDIDATES. SHIFT: 3x12's, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Fri-Sun. First Time Travelers Accepted IF they have Level 1 Trauma Experience. Call Requirement: 90-120 hours of call in a 6-week schedule. Required Certifications: BCLS and NBSTSA. Skillset Requirement: Minimum 2 years experience, Level 1 Trauma Center, Vascular, Thoracic (Surgery Cases). Experience includes receiving pump lines from perfusion & preparing them for cannulation, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Atherectomy, Atrial Septal Defect Repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Carotid Endarterectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft, Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery, Mitral Valve Replacement, Pericardial Window, Robotic Assisted Cardiac Surgery, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR), Ventricular Assist Device (VAD), Heart & Lung Transplant, Valve Replacement, and Aortic Dissection. Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (see exceptions). The last day for IN travelers to start a new contract is 9/9 (to allow finishing by 11/30). Perioperative/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt. These IN travelers may work past the deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.


Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00)


Hourly Pay Rate: $54.12
