You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger maintenance, and monthly reconciliations while ensuring compliance across all school programs. Beyond technical execution, you will safeguard institutional resources through strong internal controls and proactive budget variance analysis, delivering accurate, actionable financial data to support the Academy’s educational mission and sustainability. What You Will Do: Serve as a vital steward of the institution’s financial health across all academic and extracurricular programs. Strengthen internal controls, protect assets, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. Leverage ERP systems to design scalable financial workflows, balance local U.S. operations with global infrastructure, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for long‑term growth. Who You Are: A precise, mission‑aligned finance professional who takes pride in absolute accuracy and thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Expertise: Understanding of GAAP, double‑entry bookkeeping, internal control frameworks, and full‑cycle financial management. Knowledge: Advanced proficiency with Excel and accounting software. Preferred: Experience in schools, athletics programs, nonprofits, or mission‑driven organizations; startup or small team environment. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $85,000 per year.
