About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Glen Mills, PA. In this role, you will handle day-to-day general ledger accounting, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and play a key role in our month-end financial close.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and assist with the month-end close process.

• Account Reconciliations: Reconcile monthly bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate monthly financial statements and reporting packages.

• AP / AR Support: Process accounts payable invoices, assist with billing, and track collections as needed.

• Audit & Compliance: Help prepare documentation for annual external financial statement audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2+ years of general accounting experience.

• US GAAP standards.

• Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
