Sales Representatives

Employment Position: Full Time Salary is not negotiable Service Consultant As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Responsibilities Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests. Verify warranty and service contract coverage. Develop estimates and write repair orders. Maintain customer records. Act as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician. Qualifications Previous sales experience in any industry (retail, customer service, B2B, call center, hospitality, etc.). Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
