Insurance Defense Associate | Farmingdale, NY (Hybrid) | $170K

Day-to-Day
\n- \n
- Defend carriers and insureds in auto, premises liability, transportation and construction defect cases \n
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses and dispositive motions in New York state and federal courts \n
- Take plaintiff, witness and expert depositions across Long Island and the greater NYC area \n
- Argue substantive motions and Daubert challenges in court \n
- Second-chair and eventually first-chair jury trials in Nassau, Suffolk and EDNY venues \n
