HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

Duties

Help

Regulates officer and enlisted manning and promotions, military education, and the family care program.

Manages all military personnel assigned to the Agency. Manages, identifies, and prioritizes officers and enlisted vacancies and assigned billets.

Coordinates with respective agencies on dates for promotions, schools, and assignments.

Responsible for assisting employees, technicians, and senior leadership in interpreting regulations to determine eligibility for assignments, promotions, military pay, reductions, and incentives.

Develops and maintains an annual schedule of convening board dates, eligibility criteria, and suspenses.
