Buscamos una nueva persona para la posición de Customer Success Specialist, que estará ubicado/a en nuestra filial de Ciudad de México dando soporte a toda la región de LATAM y US.
Como parte del equipo de Go To Market y Customer Success, y con el fin de dar soporte a los Clientes de Veridas, entre tus funciones se encontrarán las siguientes:
Atención al cliente en todas sus facetas, realizando reuniones periódicas de seguimiento así como participación en reuniones iniciales con clientes potenciales.
Gestión de puestas en marcha: entrega a clientes de credenciales en la nube, software, licencias y hardware..
Asesoramiento y orientación al cliente en sus procesos de integración, apoyándose en los diferentes equipos de tecnología de Veridas.
Trabajar conjuntamente al equipo de ventas para señalar cualquier oportunidad de incremento de ventas a un cliente Veridas.
Seguimiento a la producción, realización de reportings y KPIs y actualizaciones de entrega de nuestros servicios a los clientes.
Service Desk: gestión de support desk para cliente externo, revisión de incidencias hasta su resolución con el cliente.
Elaborar reportes de estado técnico de las cuentas y presentar resultados y hallazgos en reuniones internas o externas.
Identificar oportunidades de expansión (upsell/cross-sell) y trabajar con Ventas para ofrecer nuevos casos de uso y aumentar el negocio recurrente de la cuenta.
Supervisar métricas clave de uso, identificando oportunidades de mejora y reduciendo el churn.
Tu perfil
Si te encaja todo lo que has leído, nos gustaría que cumplieras estos requisitos:
Ingeniería/Grado/Máster, Ciclo de formación superior y/o similares.
Al menos 2 años en puestos similares, con enfoque hacia la atención al cliente, soporte, y resolución técnica de incidencias e integraciones.
inglés avanzado.
Conocimientos técnicos a nivel de diferentes tecnologías e integraciones.
Empatía, orientación al cliente, iniciativa, trabajo en equipo, resolución de problemas y capacidad analítica.
Disponibilidad para viajar (de manera puntual).
