The Titles and Accounts Payable Clerk manages title administration and accounts payable activities, including new vehicle titles, title transfers, lien releases, registration renewals, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation. This role maintains accurate records, verifies account information, coordinates payments, and communicates with customers and vendors to support timely, compliant processing.

Responsibilities

• Process new vehicle titles, title transfers, lien releases, and registration renewals.
• Process invoices and verify account information for accuracy.
• Reconcile payments and schedule payments according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and title documentation.
• Research liens and support lien release processing.
• File and organize financial and title-related documents.
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding titles, invoices, and payments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable and title administration.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary certification or experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, invoice processing, title documentation, and payment reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong data accuracy, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective vendor communication skills.
