Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mindfulness-based interventions, including structured MBSR programs, to clients, aimed at reducing stress and improving their mental health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness techniques, such as guided meditation and breathing exercises, enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Conduct group workshops focused on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, enhancing community engagement and support.

• Document client progress and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with state regulations.

You will work with diverse clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and those seeking personal growth and enhanced mental wellness. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness principles into therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating a supportive and calming environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
