About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of HR to spearhead the establishment of its American operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the US HR roadmap in alignment with global business objectives and local regulatory requirements. This hands-on leadership role demands a strategic and resilient professional with a proven track record in building HR and administrative functions from the ground up, particularly within the financial services sector. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, establishing competitive compensation and performance frameworks, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and developing programs to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. The role also involves overseeing office administration and operational logistics during the setup phase. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company must have a Master's degree or above in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years' of HR management experience within financial institutions. A strong preference is given to candidates with at least 5 years' of work or study experience in the United States, particularly those who understand both US and cross-cultural business dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a deep working knowledge of all HR modules, expert-level familiarity with US federal and California state labor laws, and a proven ability to navigate the critical milestones of an early-stage organization. The role is open exclusively to female candidates, with a preferred age under 40, and requires a professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong local network in the finance and technology sectors.
