The analyst will perform a wide variety of analytical duties related to the coordination, development, administration, and maintenance of the CalRecycle training program and Learning Management System. Responsibilities include independently processing training requests and records; creating and maintaining training vendor contracts and training budgets; serving as the main administrator for the Cornerstone Learning Management System; delivering and facilitating training courses; exhibiting professional business writing and presentation skills; and working cooperatively with peers, managers, and professional staff to meet the needs of the Training Unit and the department. Beginning July 1, 2026, CalRecycle staff will be office centered, requiring employees to report to the office at least four days per week. This position may be eligible for hybrid telework under Government Code 14200, subject to applicable telework eligibility criteria. Employees not residing in California are ineligible for telework.
