Responsibilities: • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Qualifications: • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Experience in the food service industry. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
