Collector Insurance Specialist - Remote

Collector Car Insurance Specialist – Role Overview American Collectors Insurance, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, is seeking a Collector Car Insurance Specialist to handle customer inquiries, sell policies, and maintain underwriting integrity. The role can be performed in‑office, hybrid, or fully remote (anywhere in the continental U.S.). Responsibilities Communicate directly with policy holders, agents, and brokers via phone and email regarding new and existing business. Maintain underwriting integrity by adhering to company standards and philosophy. Conduct risk analysis and determine eligibility for new business. Quote and bind new policies, and make changes to in‑force policies. Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Make outbound follow‑up calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Establish and nurture relationships with customers and brokers. Meet all production goals and offer timely solutions to close sales. Escalate complex risks to Senior Specialists for review and evaluation. Document all activity accurately in the CRM system while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications Prior insurance sales experience. Active Property &Casualty or Personal Lines producer license. Experience with CRM systems. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze information and align decisions with the company's risk appetite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task effectively. Strong independent work ethic as part of a virtual team. Positive customer and quality focus. Compensation Base salary range: $50,000–$55,000 per year, with final salary determined by experience and geographic location.
