General Team Member / Experience Representative

Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. Check members in and assist with account questions. Answer phones, emails, and member inquiries. Resolve basic member concerns and elevate issues when needed. Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. Educate members on supplements, apparel, and promotions. Process retail purchases accurately. Restock inventory and communicate low stock. Check members in and assist with account questions. Answer phones, emails, and member inquiries. Resolve basic member concerns and elevate issues when needed. Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. Retail & Sales Educate members on supplements, apparel, and promotions. Process retail purchases accurately. Maintain merchandising standards. Restock inventory and communicate low stock. Club Operations Complete assigned cleaning and reset rotations. Maintain locker rooms, workout areas, and common spaces. Complete opening, mid-day, or closing checklists. Follow all operational procedures and safety standards. Administrative Process memberships, freezes, upgrades, and cancellations. Maintain accurate member records. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using POS systems and technology. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 45 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally. Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
