Head of Corporate Development

Leading the company's inorganic growth strategy, the full-time remote Head of Corporate Development will manage high-impact strategic transactions, including acquisitions, while collaborating with executive leadership to evaluate and execute opportunities that drive long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute PlayOn's inorganic growth strategy in partnership with the CEO, CFO, and President of Growth Strategy Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions, including valuation analyses, negotiation, and cross-functional due diligence Advise executive leadership on capital allocation and the strategic role of M&A in enhancing shareholder value Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong track record in complex transactions Experience in corporate development within the consumer technology sector is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to independently lead acquisitions from strategy through to closing Deep understanding of transaction structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles Proven experience in preparing and presenting recommendations to executive leadership and Boards of Directors
