Lead HVAC Install Technician

Overview Diamond is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Attention - well-qualified HVAC Installers & Lead Installers will qualify for a $5,000.00 sign on bonus! $2,500.00 to be paid upon hire with the remaining $2,500.00 upon completion of 90 days of employment who start between 7/6-8/1! Please apply today! Key Responsibilities Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats. Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members. Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs. Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion. Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
