Receptionist

Responsibilities Answers telephones in a professional and friendly manner. Transfers or connects quickly and efficiently, using a multi-line telephone system. Receives and transmits telephone messages accurately and promptly, using the telephone, voice mail system, and/or email systems. Greets clients and visitors as soon as they arrive in the office in the professional and friendly manner and alerts appropriate personnel. Maintains conference room calendar for all conference rooms, prints current calendars daily for posting. Maintains a log of incoming packages. Maintains on calendar when partners are out of office and their return dates, and any employee on leave (know who to transfer calls/mail etc. to). Assist in Time Entry when needed. Scan client invoices into client folders in DMS Work closely with Office Manager to assist with other projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years Receptionist/Office experience. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. Must have a valid driver’s license.
