Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts within family dynamics.

• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological trauma, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to life changes like divorce and remarriage.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborating with other medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilizing telemedicine technology to connect with clients effectively, making therapy accessible to those who may find it challenging to attend in-person sessions.

• Documenting progress and adapting treatment plans in accordance with clinical updates and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including both adults and children/adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our patients often include individuals navigating family conflicts, caregivers dealing with chronic stress, and parents managing through separation or divorce. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing their emotional well-being and relationship health.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
