Job Description

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for entering data from credit applications and reports into computerized systems, verifying bank information, and filing.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain customer credit files and handle customer correspondence regarding discrepancies on credit applications
• Communicate with Central Credit and other properties regarding credit applications and make credit reference inquiries, accept and process telephone applications, and forward to individuals authorized to approve credit along with proper completion of all related documents
• Review Central Credit Daily Report for affected in-house accounts and process credit information for arrivals and special group events

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• One (1) to three (3) years of appropriate experience in a Class III casino atmosphere
• Computer related experience desired including AS400, CMS, and/or ACSC systems
• Good clerical and office skills
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to independently maintain high levels of productivity

Work Environment

• Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting as well as on the casino floor. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
