Transit Safety & Training Manager — Lead, Train, & Ensure Safety

WeDriveU in Lansing, IL is seeking a Safety Manager to develop, oversee, and enforce safety compliance for our transit program and DOT/OSHA/CAL-OSHA requirements. You will prepare the workforce for client needs and lead safety initiatives across our operations. The role includes designing training programs, supervising driver trainers, recruiting and developing drivers, and managing the company drug/alcohol testing program.
