About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide strategic and executive oversight of the organization's technology. The CIO will be responsible for aligning technology capabilities and investments with business strategy, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative culture. This C-Suite executive will work closely with the Executive Management Team to shape and execute the strategic vision, ensuring that technology supports organizational growth, operational performance, and an exceptional member experience. Key responsibilities include leading technology operations, infrastructure, and support, as well as data, analytics, and business systems. The CIO will also oversee the development and management of applications, digital products, and the technology portfolio, and will be instrumental in project management to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a graduate degree preferred, and 10-15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership. The role requires a strong leader with advanced analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and motivating others to achieve key organizational objectives. The CIO will be expected to have a deep understanding of industry trends and regulations, and to ensure that the organization's technology is resilient, scalable, and responsive to its needs. Performance will be measured based on the successful execution of the strategic plan, the reliability of technology operations, and the effectiveness of data, business systems, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a champion of the company's mission and brand, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
