Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and preferences, ensuring clients feel heard and involved in their care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the needs of each client.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily benefit individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will support a unique and diverse client base, rooted in the local community, which may include vulnerable groups such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. This role is pivotal in providing a safe space where clients can share their struggles, heal, and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
