Logistics & International Shipping Coordinator

Location: Chestnut Ridge, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
Compensation: Up to $52,000 annually , based on experience
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics & International Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Chestnut Ridge, NY. This position is ideal for someone with experience in international shipping, strong data entry skills, and a passion for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with international shipping processes and procedures
  
• Knowledge of global logistics and standard shipping terminology
  
• Experience with the ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) Portal
  
• Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers
  
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
  

Responsibilities

• Proof and pack orders for both domestic and international shipments
  
• Verify order accuracy against customer requirements and system records
  
• Process shipments through:
  
  • UPS WorldShip
    
  • FedEx Ship Manager
    
  • DHL
    
  • Courier Services
    
  • LTL Carriers
    
• Prepare and process orders within the ERP system
  
• Review and validate domestic and international shipping documentation
  
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with appropriate personnel
  
• Process Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings through the ACE Portal for qualifying shipments
  
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures
  
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
