SUMMARY

Join a fast-paced warehousing and logistics team in a hands-on shipping role supporting both domestic and international orders. This opportunity is well suited for a detail-focused professional who enjoys balancing documentation, carrier coordination, order accuracy and physical warehouse work while continuing to build global logistics experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, proof, pack and stage customer orders for domestic and international shipment.
• Coordinate shipments through common parcel, courier and less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier systems.
• Review sales orders, system records and customer requirements to confirm shipment accuracy before release.
• Complete and verify required domestic and international shipping documentation.
• Process qualifying Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal.
• Enter and prepare shipment information within an ERP system and carrier shipping platforms.
• Identify order discrepancies and work with the appropriate internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support a high standard of shipping quality while adapting to changing priorities and opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform physical shipping duties involving frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one year of hands-on international shipping experience with knowledge of global logistics processes and terminology.
• Experience using the ACE portal for export-related shipping activity.
• Comfort with parcel and freight shipping systems, including major carriers and LTL shipments.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills; experience working within ERP or other digital order/shipping systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication skills when working with internal teams and customers.
• Dependable attendance, strong accountability and flexibility to work overtime when business needs require.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 65 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
