Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness. Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand over shift information. Help assigned Departments meet their goals. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications & Expectations Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager. Additional Info Competitive pay. Paid vacation.
