Location: United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring to join their Team inside Cleveland Hopkins Airport! Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and standards. Maintain proper food safety practices, including temperature checks. Complete daily prep, restock stations, and follow cleaning checklists. Operate kitchen equipment safely. Wash dishes, clean stations, and maintain an organized kitchen. Assist with deliveries and storage. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic food knowledge including temps and safe handling.
