We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Inside Sales to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Review vehicle and up-fit project specifications
• Liaise with clients to identify and define customer needs, requirements, scope and objectives
• Data entry of job data from quotes to sales orders
• Create project purchase lists & issue purchase requests
• Track projects stage progression & keep projects on track
• Coordinate with team to complete projects correctly and efficiently
• Follow-up with vendors to track procured product schedules
• Communicate with Various Departments
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Use of Microsoft Excel and other software to maintain project trackers
• Should be detail-oriented, dependable, a problem solver and a good communicator
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Communicate and develop relationship with customers
• Must be able to work well under pressure without sacrificing quality
• 3+ years of project management experience
