Senior Tax Accountant for Private Equity Funds
Private Equity
The Senior Tax Associate will support the tax compliance, planning, and reporting needs of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. This role works closely with internal finance teams, external advisors, and investment professionals to ensure accurate and timely tax filings across complex fund structures. Key responsibilities include preparing returns for federal, state, and local taxes; reviewing K-1s and investor allocations; supporting quarterly and annual tax provisions; and #J-18808-Ljbffr Private Equity
