Job Summary

A direct hire Receptionist opportunity is available in San Juan, PR for a polished, organized, and service-focused professional with 1 to 2 years of administrative or front desk experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, creating a welcoming experience for visitors, and supporting daily office operations in a professional insurance industry environment.

The Receptionist will play an important role in maintaining a positive front office experience, coordinating communications, and assisting internal teams with administrative support. Key Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette.
- Manage front desk activities, including visitor sign-in, appointment coordination, and general reception duties.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, document handling, and office coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support internal staff with day-to-day clerical tasks to help ensure smooth office operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $33,000 per year.
