Senior Process Specialist, Aftersales

Mission:Define and maintain harmonized tools for Direct Material, Aftersales and Raw material sourcing, ensuring corporate compliance, bringing Stellantis efficiency and robustness to select suppliers with the best global business case, covering all company's needs, while controlling business risk.Main activities include but not limited to:Define and maintain Sourcing Processes for Direct Material, Aftersales and Raw MaterialDefine and maintain Global Production Commercial (Direct Material) and Spare Parts (Aftersales) Regional Boilerplate documentsAlign all topics in the DMAS and PAFM team, between process and toolDevelop and maintain global training documentation for Direct Material, Aftermarket and Raw Material sourcing processesProvide support to operational teams related to all Sourcing processes and GST (tickets, chat, emails, …)Stakeholder alignment Cross-functional and update processesSupport audit findingsTemporary GST Delegation RequestsSupport SOX Control RequirementsContribute to Process Mining studiesSupport GST enhancement requestsContribute to STARCO project (New sourcing tool Star Co replacing GST)Labour relations:lead tools discussions with internal and external stakeholders of all levelsable to interact at working level with peers, managers and directors; direct supervisor support may be required for interaction with VP and aboveable to effectively escalate process concerns to management of other organizationsIn addition, interaction with:Process teams of GSPQ (all levels)Process teams of ENG, CCLP, MFG Direct material coordinators Operational teams GPSQ (all levels)Audit, legalIT suppliersBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or closely related field 5+ years of purchasing experience or closely related fieldStrong communication skills and highly customer focused Strong fluency with Microsoft Office Suite Well organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situationsComfortable in a fast-paced environment and can effectively interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of senior managementExcellent analytical and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Experience in the automotive industryExperience working in a global environmentBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2016824Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: PurchasingPosted Date: 16/04/2026
