You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to established protocols. Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
