You'll serve as a trusted resource for our established client base — no cold calls, no rainmaking, no business development. Your clients come ready, your colleagues have your back, and your time is spent doing the high-quality work you're actually good at. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive tax planning and preparation services for individual clients (1040s, estates, trusts) Partner closely with our wealth advisors to deliver integrated, coordinated financial guidance Serve as the go-to accounting expert for client questions, life events, and planning needs Identify proactive opportunities to add value for clients year-round — not just at tax time Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a seamless, white-glove client experience What We're Looking For Active CPA license (required) 10+ years of experience in individual tax and accounting — ideally serving affluent individuals or in a wealth management / family office setting Deep knowledge of individual income tax, estate planning concepts, and investment-related tax issues A relationship-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy working with and for clients Comfort working cross-functionally in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment Someone who is intellectually curious, proactive, and doesn't need to be managed What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonus Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) 401(k) with employer contribution A built-in, warm client base from day one — zero prospecting A modern, progressive team culture where your voice matters Work that is meaningful, varied, and never boring #J-18808-Ljbffr
