What you'll be doing:

Support month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across financial records
Assist with cost accounting, inventory tracking, and manufacturing variance analysis
Analyze financial data to support operational decision-making
Partner with operations to track production costs and improve reporting accuracy

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting preferred)
Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
