What you'll do:

Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of a cost accounting system
Analyze product costs, inventory, and manufacturing variances
Partner with operations to improve cost efficiency and reporting accuracy
Assist with month-end close, including inventory and cost-related activities
Leverage Epicor to enhance reporting, tracking, and financial insights

What you bring:

Manufacturing accounting experience (required)
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory processes
Experience with Epicor ERP (or similar systems)
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements
