Medical/Radiological Sales Associate - Southern Florida MarketLocation: South FloridaDepartment: SalesReports To: Regional Sales DirectorCompensation: 100,000 - 110,000/yrEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing customer service and support; input all related activities and information into Salesforce CRMWork with Regional Director to design and implement educational programs for customersResponsible for prospecting and development of new accounts and the growth of existing accounts through enhancement to customer relationships and communication of technical and medical product informationFacilitate interactions with Company Resources to assist customers with Billing, Reimbursement, Customer Service, Medical Affairs, Marketing or other customer related needs including sales presentations in a professional and effective manner; routinely monitor industry news and developments as well as remain educated in the field of molecular medicine/PETMaintain a working knowledge of products, services and business intelligenceAssist in the planning of sales exhibits, attend trade shows, and participate in education and training conferencesEffectively communicate with all Company departments and management Pharmacist(s) and Courier Supervisor(s) on product availabilityAssist in the preparation of price quotations and contracts, contract negotiations and finalizing sales for potential customersAssist Regional Director's in completion of monthly business reports, and annual projections/forecasting of territory volumes, revenue, ASP, etcExecution of the Company business plan and strategic initiatives to meet or exceed annual projected budgetsExecute Value Proposition of Practice ExcellenceSecure renewal and new businessIncrease appropriate utilization of PET imaging for customersSpecific outlined plan of action with a stepwise approach to customer education and territory cyclingImplementation of region/site specific patient care pathways and a plan to support the pathwaysReports that demonstrate specific ROI on programs based on attendees and participants and their referral patternsQualificationsMust be persistent, energetic, capable of working independently and available to travel via all types of transportationOne year or more of previous pharmaceutical, nuclear medicine industry, or professional sales experience.Proven experience in superior interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for interacting with customers and vendorsEstablished track record of experience in building excellent relationships and in highly oriented customer serviceStrong project management and applications experience (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or other similar Customer Relationship Management softwareStrong attention to detailRobust interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of managementAptitude to deal with confidential informationClean driving record and ability to travel to accounts and trade shows as necessary
