Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations Support

• 
  Prepare and manage

  quotes from vendors
  
  
  and coordinate purchasing
  



• 
  Place and track orders using
  
  
  Sage system
  
  
  and vendor platforms
  



• 
  Process
  
  
  product returns
  
  
  and ensure credits are received
  



• 
  Pull permits and
  
  
  schedule inspections/finals
  
  
  with local municipalities
  



• 
  Assist with maintaining
  
  
  employee certifications
  
  
  , tracking expirations, and coordinating renewals
