Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or SLP-CFY accepted
• Eligibility for Colorado state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience or openness to working with K-12 students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptable and flexible mindset, with a student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students across a diverse K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with all relevant documentation requirements
• Communicate student progress and strategies effectively to staff and parents
