Housing Stability Case Manager

The City of Riverside is recruiting a Housing Case Manager (Confidential) to manage housing case plans for homeless individuals and families, deliver outreach, intake, and assessment across various sites, and coordinate with partners for services and housing placement. Typical duties include case planning, home visits, advocacy, and data reporting. Requires assoc degree and 3 years’ experience in related roles; evening/weekend work may be required.
