Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in project or program management within cards, payments, or digital banking Proven experience delivering credit card launches and refresh programs Strong understanding of cards lifecycle and payment processing Experience working with MarTech platforms and digital ecosystems Exposure to Gen AI, AI/ML, personalization engines, or conversational AI Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
