About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Remediation Management with a focus on financial crimes and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the resolution of significant regulatory, audit, and internally identified issues. This role requires a professional with a strong background in managing complex remediation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. Key responsibilities include partnering with various stakeholders to develop and track remediation strategies, corrective action plans, and milestones, as well as supporting root cause analysis to ensure effective and sustainable remediation. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in remediation management, regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit, project management, or a related discipline within financial services or another highly regulated environment. The role demands a deep understanding of regulatory remediation processes, corrective action planning, and governance, as well as experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to financial market infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, the ability to influence and drive accountability, and excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, PMP, or other related credentials are beneficial.
