The VP, Remediation Management will specialize in Regulatory oversight and remediation projects.

Description
- Develop and implement remediation strategies to address identified risks and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of remediation plans to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze risk and compliance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Risk & Compliance department.
- Ensure timely resolution of compliance-related issues and provide ongoing support to relevant teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in financial services.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

- Strong experience with risk management and compliance within financial services.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage remediation projects effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
