About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and operational excellence. This includes overseeing the performance of all operational departments, driving EBITDA and location growth, and nurturing the development of operational leaders. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting and achieving performance targets, particularly in the areas of sales, operations, and financial performance, and will be expected to be hands-on, conducting regular site visits to assess and enhance operational efficiency. Key competencies for the COO position at the company include strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of business principles and the ability to problem-solve effectively. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in a senior executive operational role, experience in multi-state operations, and a background in developing new locations or executing growth strategies. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or Master's degree. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a private equity-backed organization and a background in education management or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is necessary, and the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License is a must.
