Role:

Reporting to the department director, your expertise and technical knowledge will be used to ensure the successful completion of projects as a Civil Infrastructure Engineer. You will be called upon to develop a trusting relationship with clients.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Participating in all aspects of projects, from preliminary studies to detailed engineering;
• Participating in the design and analysis of various civil engineering, planning, and infrastructure projects in the heavy industry and energy sectors;
• Conducting field surveys;
• Solving problems in existing facilities;
• Defining the scope of work;
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables provided to clients;
• Ensuring compliance with project budgets and schedules;
• Providing technical support to construction sites if necessary;
• Coordinating with other disciplines;
• Representing the firm to clients in the context of projects;
• Solving problems in existing facilities.

What sets you apart:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil design (such as projects in planning, earthworks, drainage, roads, and infrastructures);
• Experience in projects for industrial facilities or energy production and distribution;
• Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ);
• Good analytical spirit for complex situations related to existing facilities;
• Holder of the ASP Construction card (health and safety attestation on construction sites);
• Experience in engineering consultancy.
