Is this you?- Do you enjoy turning complex prints into flawless parts?
- Can you set up, operate, and adjust CNC equipment to keep quality locked in?
- Are you comfortable jumping between mills, lathes, and Swiss turning as production demands shift?
- Set up and operate CNC machines to meet exacting specifications and deadlines.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD files to plan tool paths and machining sequences.
- Monitor cycles and make data‑driven adjustments to preserve accuracy and surface finish.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with peers to optimize processes, shorten cycle times, and boost efficiency.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards at every step of the machining process.
- Document all production details and maintain precise records of completed work.
- High school diploma/equivalent; additional machining education or certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist or similar position.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Working knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G‑code).
- Familiarity with a variety of machine tools and shop equipment.
- Sharp attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Comfort operating both independently and in a fast‑moving team setting.
