IT Project Manager

This position is part of HII's Mission Technologies division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations. You'll oversee and drive technology projects from kickoff through completion, making sure each initiative stays on track, meets requirements, and delivers high quality outcomes. In this role, you'll turn business objectives into actionable project plans, coordinate cross functional teams, and guide execution using established project management practices. Your work will include partnering with stakeholders to clarify needs, building project schedules and resource plans, and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the lifecycle. You'll facilitate team discussions, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and provide timely updates to leaders and contributors. You may also assist with solution design, support vendor interactions, and help ensure new technology solutions are properly tested, deployed, and transitioned smoothly into ongoing operations.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of IT Project Management experience on both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Proven ability tracking milestones, dependencies, tasks, and levels of effort.
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start.
• Candidate must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
• Must meet DoD 8140/CSWF for 802-Intermededed or be willing to obtain the appropriate credential within 6 months.
