Hybrid Technical Support Specialist - HRIS/Payroll

Sage City seeks a hands-on Customer Support Engineer in a hybrid Atlanta-area role. You will own and investigate customer issues, reproduce problems, and coordinate with product and engineering to resolve defects while educating customers on best practices. In this fast-paced role, you’ll document findings, recognize recurring patterns, and contribute to product stability and improved workflows.
