Remote Volunteer Partnership Data & Reporting Specialist

With your generosity, we fund youth empowerment programs that provide underserved youth and young people with a safe place to call home, a family that loves them, a feeling of community, and opportunities to learn, build self-esteem, and have fun., Help Believe in Me maintain useful, responsible reporting about Community Partnership Program outreach, onboarding, resources, collaboration, and service gaps. We are seeking volunteer Partnership Data and Reporting Specialists to organize approved partner information, improve data quality, and create clear operational and learning reports. Responsibilities Maintain partner, contact, service, geography, status, activity, and outcome data in approved systems Define and document fields, categories, validation rules, ownership, and update schedules Reconcile duplicates, missing values, stale records, and inconsistent definitions Build recurring dashboards and reports for outreach, onboarding, directory coverage, engagement, and gaps Protect confidential information and use aggregated reporting when appropriate Document sources, limitations, assumptions, and data-quality concerns Collaborate with partnership, directory, data, privacy, and program teams Avoid using operational data to claim participant outcomes or guaranteed community coverage Qualifications Experience in data analysis, reporting, CRM, program operations, data quality, evaluation, or business intelligence Strong spreadsheet, SQL, dashboard, documentation, and analytical skills Ability to communicate limitations and avoid misleading metrics Understanding of privacy, access control, data minimization, and aggregation Nonprofit, community-service, Salesforce, or geographic-data experience is helpful This is a remote, recurring role open worldwide. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per month.
