Wij leveren trucks en bedrijfswagens volledig op maat, precies zoals de klant het nodig heeft. Als Service Manager ben jij de krachtige motor achter onze aftersalesafdeling in Goes. Jij zorgt dat de werkplaats soepel draait, klanten goed geholpen worden en collega’s weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt samen met de Vestigingsmanager en Werkplaatschef voor een strakke planning, duidelijke communicatie en een professionele afhandeling van werkzaamheden. In deze rol houd jij je bezig met: Het plannen, coördineren en bewaken van werkplaatswerkzaamheden. Het aansturen, verbinden en motiveren van collega’s binnen de aftersalesafdeling. Het onderhouden van klantcontact en bouwen aan duurzame relaties in de Zeeuwse markt. Het beheren van garantiedossiers, taxaties, offertes en facturatie. Het signaleren van knelpunten en direct meedenken in praktische oplossingen. Het vervullen van de rol van KAM-coördinator op locatie, inclusief het begeleiden van interne audits. Wie jij bent Je bewaart overzicht, schakelt snel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. Je communiceert duidelijk, klantgericht en met zelfvertrouwen. Je weet mensen mee te nemen, te motiveren en op een positieve manier aan te sturen. Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie met leidinggevende aspecten. Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en begrijpt wat er nodig is om een werkplaats goed te laten draaien. #J-18808-Ljbffr
